Brooke Clark is a Process Engineer with Fonterra - a role that works out how to turn raw materials into processed goods, like milk into ice-cream!


Brooke started as a Junior Process Engineer working for NZ Steel before moving into the dairy industry - not surprising as she grew up on a farm where her Mum was a dairy farmer.
